Online purchases made through HEYcouture are eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days from the ship date. Your return form and invoice will indicate a postmark date, specifying the final day for returning your merchandise by mail. Refunds are exclusively available for online purchases returned via mail.
Please note that items must be returned undamaged and with tags attached to qualify for exchange, credit, or refund.
Items marked as "SALE" are not eligible for return.
Additionally, certain dresses may not be returnable or refundable due to the nature of the product. Dresses customized or altered based on specific measurements, as well as dresses with customized embellishments or special requests, may not be eligible for return or refund.
